FAR PART 26

Part 26 is a new FAA regulation released in Dec. 2007 to cover several areas of Aging Aircraft:

• EAPAS Rule (Enhanced Airworthiness Program for Airplane Systems)
  
• WFD Rule (Widespread Fatigue Damage)
  
• AAS Rule (Aging Airplane Safety)
  
• FRM Rule (Fuel Tank Flammability)
  

Part 26 is meant to generate action by TC and STC Holders, whereas Parts 121.1105/7/9 require Operational action.

Avenger can assist either TC Holders, STC Holders and Operators comply to the Damage Tolerance Requirements of both Part 26 and Part 121/129.
